<p>For made‑to‑order items based on your dimensions, returns are not accepted for change of mind. Please measure carefully before ordering.</p>

<h3>Standard Sizes</h3>
<p>30‑day returns for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. Refunds are processed 3–5 business days after inspection.</p>
<h3>Transit Damage</h3>
<p>If damage occurs during shipping, retain packaging and photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve quickly.</p>
<h3>Response Time</h3>
<p>We reply within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 3 business days.</p>
